We accidentally dropped a toy car down the main shower drain, which caused it to back up. Fantastic service and will definitely call again for any plumbing needs. We first reached out to get our water heater fixed and were given a price that really worked for us, and the repair was done quickly and correctly. A while after that, we had another plumbing issue come up. This time, we needed another fix and got a great price along with expert advice from Ralph. I've used this plumbing service in Brenham for several jobs, and every time I’ve been completely satisfied. They’ve helped me with things like lighting my pilot light, replacing my hot water heater, and installing new double sink faucets in both my kitchen and bathroom. Most recently, I had them fix and replace my toilet. I decided to upgrade to a different style of toilet, but after it was installed, I realized it was a bit smaller and didn’t quite work for my household due to some unique issues with the base. When I let Eli know about the problem, he didn’t hesitate to help. Even though he had just finished the job late the night before, he made it a point to come back first thing in the morning and swapped out the toilet for one that fit much better, even taking care of the tricky base underneath. What really impressed me was how they made me feel like a priority and handled everything with care and professionalism. It’s easy to see that this company values their customers and stands behind their work. The team is friendly, reliable, and truly committed to doing a great job.
