Very poor service. Had a simple task of replacing a garbage disposal thru warranty service. It took them several weeks to inspect the problem. After it was decided a replacement was needed. It took over 4 months to do that. Numerous appointments were set up with Jaye never show or call. When he finally installed the "new" device it lasted less than 1.5 months (in warranty period). that was last year 2020. to this date he still has not shown up to inspect/repair the garbage disposal. The acronyms of the company is ASAP, as soon as possible. I dare not say. I may have to take legal action on this small (to the company) but large to me. I am disabled and need the garbage disposal functioning.
