Greg Hannah was absolutely great to work with! They were able to retrieve a snake rod that a previous plumber had left stuck in my sewer pipe. He not only obtained the building permit but also excavated in front of my house to get the rod out so my basement wouldn't flood again. Little did we know, the rod was stuck on 23 feet of root!! He sent me pictures and cleaned out my sewer pipe from the blockage of roots. As a busy full time nurse who isn't available during the day, Greg still completed the job, was reliable throughout the day, was great at returning phone calls, and was always on time. Greg and his professional plumbers were able to fix my unfortunate plumbing problem as a first time home owner at an affordable price. Everything was fixed very quickly, thank you so much! I highly recommend Hannah's plumbing to anyone!
Aggressive, threatening, and price gouging. Don’t use him. Greg Hannah’s techs did a fine job. I had a clogged sink drain that required replacing 2-3’ of drain pipe with PVC and snaking my drain. It took his guys about 1 hour to do the job. He charged me 600$ for this. When I called him to discuss his fees, asked for an invoice showing a breakdown of materials & personnel, he refused, became aggressive, and threatened to put a lean on my house. He has since offered me a 10% discount. Don’t use this guy unless you want to get taken to the cleaners, yelled at, and threatened for questioning his unethical behavior.
Greg Hannah Plumbing provided A+ excellent service right from the start. From the phone call with Maria for scheduling the service appointment, the knowledgeable Greg himself coming out to provide the estimate, to right down to the company’s technicians Andy & Issac that did the service work. Had a concern on a gas leak and a water leak on my utility room. I called Greg Hannah's Plumbing & Sewer Services and they were able to work with me to get both issues resolved. They not only fixed the initial issues, they told me of other issues they saw and were very helpful and friendly along the way to come up with a plan to address my needs. The contractor was very friendly and informative on the things that he was going to do or why he would recommend to address. They were very professional and clean. I would recommend for plumbing, gas, and water heater installation/maintenance.
I recently had a water heater go out at midnight on Friday night (great timing). Water was all over the basement floor so I was in a panic. I did not have a regular plumber so I contacted some big box stores from their websites and left messages for some local plumbers. The big box stores had an installation partner contact me with "complete packages" which seemed to be over priced and taking advantage of your situation. Some plumbers wanted to charge time and a half because it was Saturday. Greg from Greg Hannah's called me back in a few minutes, quoted a lower price than the big box stores and said he could have someone out within the hour. The installer was Mike who did a great job and cleaned up the area. The price charged was exactly what was quoted. By noon Saturday I had hot water and less stress. I will be contacting Greg Hannah's for any future plumbing needs.
