Exceptional and thorough service. Very pleased. The technician was very professional and friendly. There was a miscommunication with the sink installation contractor and I did not realize I had to have someone there at the beginning of the job. I called them and they came right out and got everything unhooked so I could have my job started. So grateful!
One-star for showing up same day, but Beware they take advantage of your situation (no running water) Appointment with other plumber got post poned due to a emergency elsewhere so called these guys. Had ALL the parts and new pump already here... just needed to cut old pipe and piece together a new 2 foot pipe to a brand new pump (same model to replace). Took roughly about 2 1/2 hours actual work time then 2 hours trouble shooting because electrical connection was was found to be loose by myself. So I was charged $735 - this is DOUBLE price of others, which we PAID IN FULL before it had even been 24 hours. They don't give estimate until after you are charged a service fee and the tech is at your home, even with sending prior photos. Pipe did LEAK in 2 spots after running pump same night after the tech left, but family friend thankfully fixed and finished the repair the next morning and had water finally for my family. ( No adjustment to bill even though it was not finished by them). Be skeptical of Canyon Plumbing company, I would not recommend them. This review is not about The plumber technician that came he was decent and did fine, this review is about our experience with company.
