Chris came out and did a wonderful job. It was my yearly inspection so no plumbing problems but he was thorough and even pointed out a couple of non plumbing related issues.
Eric and Leo were prompt, efficient, courteous and friendly. They addressed the problem quickly and had helpful suggestions for avoiding a recurrence. I would not use any other plumbers than A-1.

Steven and David were great. They were prompt and quickly diagnosed the problem with both of my toilets. Due to the age of the toilets, I asked if I should replace them. They agreed with my decision. They had new toilets available so they were able to replace them without another appointment. They were upfront about the cost so there were no surprises. Thanks to my A-1 refrigerator magnet I knew who to call! Great service!
I was very impressed with Chris and Steve! They were here to check the instant hot water tank. In the process of servicing the tank, we could smell gas. They took the time to check all the fittings, even crawling into the attic to check the furnace. Chris and Steve were very professional and kept me informed through the whole process.
