We first interacted with Eli, a highly skilled and professional individual from a local heater repair service. We quickly developed a sense of trust towards him. They even went above and beyond to rectify the damage caused by the previous company to my unit in my 8-year-old Foothill Ranch home. They've won my trust and my business for good. Be wary of other companies offering 'low price maintenance specials' - such deals are often just a way to get into your home and take advantage of you. Our heater stopped working late one Saturday. I had already decided to hire them for a replacement heater and air conditioner and had a meeting set up to finalize the contract and set a date for the replacement. To our surprise, they brought over space heaters to keep us cozy on Sunday morning. I signed the contract and they arranged for the replacement the very next day. Logan and Eli arrived at our home at 8:30 and had completed the job by 3:00. I can't express enough how pleased I am with their work and their exceptional efforts to ensure our comfort and fast heater system replacement.
Our furnace, which was over 30 years old, decided to break down on a Saturday. Luckily, Ralph was on standby and promptly picked up my call to the after-hours emergency service line. He showed up at our home in Foothill Ranch and managed to get our ancient furnace back up and running. Not only was Ralph polite and courteous, but he was also extremely professional. He made a swift journey back to his truck to fetch the right size hose and clamps, going above and beyond to repair our old furnace until we can find a suitable replacement. my heater suddenly stopped working in the middle of winter, but the technician from miller & sons home hvac arrived at my home in foothill ranch promptly. he quickly identified the issue with my 27-year-old heating unit and suggested some temporary fixes to get us through the cold season. the technician was very professional and immediately arranged for the installation of a new heating unit the following day. logan, eli, and jeffrey, who came to install the new heater, were all very professional and responsive. their pricing was reasonable and the quality of their work was exceptional. not only did they efficiently install the new heating unit, but they also left the area cleaner than it was before. i would highly recommend miller & sons home hvac for all your heater repair needs.
