    I called for a service plumber told the guy exactly what I needed. My granddaughter put a toy and clogged my toilet. He came back said alot of people been calling cause the weather. I explained it was not weather related but a toy stuck in toilet. I asked for a quote said he couldn't give me one till a technician arrived so then I would be charged a service fee and said his manager would call me. We'll I never got that call. This is the worst service I've gotten in a long time. I understand it's the holidays but trying to price gauge a guy when I told u exactly what the problem was.

    Lately I had the feeling that when I entered the kitchen there was a bad smell. I was tired of this situation and I wanted to find out what the bad smell was really due to and I called turbo to request the plumbing service, a short time passed and the technician was already knocking on my door for the respective review, after reviewing, the technician informed me that the bad smell was coming from the pipe of my dishwasher due to the accumulation of residues. He immediately performed the cleaning process on my pipe and with them the bad smell was gone. Once again I thank them for being so helpful
