    Bad bad bad we had a guy come out his name is Ruben and let me tell you he just looked at the a/c and said our compressor was bad and then a 5 days later he came back and said the compressor is fine and that he just "reset" the switch on the outside fuse box and Rubin assuming that was the problem. He never even came inside to make sure the a/c was coming out cold and he left. Such bad service and very neglectful of the custome. He wasnt interested in giving good service just bad service. Would not recommend this company at all.

    I called Heath because the blower on my AC unit was not working. Reuben called back. Heath out of town. Reuben replaced batteriesin blower. After he left, blower was working but no heat. Several days of waiting. Said he had to replace heater. After he left, still no heat. Several more days of waiting. Then he said the thermostat was not working properly! Several more days of not showing up, not returning calls, etc. Finally I called Okeechobee AC. They came out immediately. Thermostat was fine. Heater has not been replaced. A wire outside had not been connected and the thermostat had had two wires switched. Heath was out of town the entire time. I will not be using this company again.
