My AC unexpectedly broke down on Saturday night, which was quite frustrating. I called Custom Comfort Air, and to my relief, Devin reached out bright and early on Sunday morning to schedule a repair visit. Remarkably, my AC started working again just before Devin arrived. Despite the AC appearing to be functional, Devin didn't just leave. He took the time to thoroughly investigate the system to understand what might have caused the temporary malfunction. His commitment to understanding the root cause, even when the immediate problem seemed resolved, was truly impressive. Devin clearly explained what likely happened and provided valuable instructions on what I should do if the same issue arises in the future. His professionalism and deep knowledge of HVAC systems were evident throughout his visit. I am very impressed with his dedication to customer service and his ability to clearly communicate complex technical information. I highly recommend Devin and Custom Comfort Air for any HVAC needs!
