The team at Hometown Heating and Air are amazing! They were quick to come out and diagnose the issue. Extremely unprofessional. We had scheduled an appointment to get an estimate, and Zach decided that instead of meeting us there, he showed up early, went on to the property unattended and left before me or my fiancé could even make it to the house. He was not interested in meeting us or discussing options, likely because it is a Friday afternoon and he wanted to be off the clock.
Excellent fast service. Our Outdoor unit broke on a Sunday afternoon was giving the option to have a tech come out on that day or Monday. I chose Monday and the tech discovered a bad compressor. They went over all available options. I decided to replace the compressor and it was ordered and installed the next day. Excellent communication from what to expect down to when they would be here and how long. I would highly recommend Hometown and I am glad to have a trustworthy reliable HVAC company in our community.
