The guys at Grey Duct were promt, courteous and very knowledgeable. They were able to diagnose my AC problems quickly and offered a reasonable cost solution to get me going again without trying to upsell me something that I did not need. 5 stars would use them again.
Garrett explained things well and was creative. Since new air filters would not arrive for two days (due to July 4th) the technician fit a different filter in temporarily.
Nick was so helpful when our A/C unit stopped working on the hottest day of the year so far! It turned out to be a simple fix, and I appreciated his honesty because we were expecting it to be expensive! Definitely going through Grey Duct for all things HVAC!
