    Had Stack Heating and cooling install a new draft inducer motor on my furnace. A few days later when I was by the furnace I noticed a grinding noise when the furnace prepared to start blowing heat. When the blower actually started the noise went away. I was concerned that something was wrong with the draft inducer motor and called Stack Heating and Cooling to report the issue and they sent a tech out to investigate the problem as a no charge call. After inspecting the operation of the furnace, the tech that arrived discovered that the observation hole and furnace brand name plaque would vibrate when the furnace first started and that was the grinding noise I was hearing. The tech was very detail oriented and resecured the observation hole and furnace brand name plaque and to my relief and satisfaction the grinding like noise was gone. He also gave me some tips on furnace operation efficiency as well. My thanks to Stack Heating and Cooling and to the employees that have serviced my furnace. I've signed up for the yearly furnace and A/C inspection as well.
