    Northwest Natural came out and red tagged my gas furnace because the gas was not venting out of the home. I called an HVAC person but they said it was beyond their scope. I called Family Chimney Repair and they came out same day to give me a free estimate. Unfortunately, the issue was more than just a simple clog. Other problems and obstacles arose during the inspection and repair but with their expertise and determination they were able to clear the massive buildup, finagle a new liner inside, repair the shoulder and repair the top of the chimney and the flashing which had previously been installed incorrectly. I am very happy with the service, the kindness and understanding of the company and the fairness of their pricing. Highly recommend!!
