    Can't recommend them enough. With natural gas recently run into our development, we called a bunch of companies to help convert us. Jack Frost was just the best and most straight forward with how it would get done with reasonable timelines and a price that made sense. They just recently did the work and I couldn't be happier with their work.     Good customer service and fair pricing. Professional and caring staff. Response is pretty quick. Took the monthly plan for peace of mind and glad I did. ****Really sorry I shared this misleading post. A year later and a huge problem with my furnace which I was told should have been identified on the last visit so that I could have avoided replacing a 4 year old furnace. Also, refused to service my unit after install because someone else did the replacement and I paid the monthly fees for a year. Also, Jack Frost never suggested to check my warranty on the unit, just wanted to charge me an astronomical amount. Unit was covered under warranty.

    These guys are actual life savers. I had a huge issue using AJ Perry where they could not figure out what was wrong with my heat pump/breaker, sent 6 people out to my house and then eventually gave up on me at 8pm on the coldest day of the year. Tyler from Jack Frost came, was inside my house for less than 5 minutes, diagnosed the issue, gave me a number for an amazing electrician and didnt even charge me. I will absolutely without a doubt be using Jack Frost for everything else I need going forward. Absolute professionals, friendly and beyond fair. Thank you Jack Frost.

    I wish google allows negative reviews, these guys are pathetic especially the ones picking up the phone. There was a lady today that I spoke to and I explained her everything that I own the property and a tenant lives there. She was worried about payment and I was okay to give her my credit card details. She also confirms appointment today between 2-3 pm which I communicated to the Tenant. After that, she said we cannot do the service and she doesn’t give any reason for that. She was so rude and just hung up. I called them back again and a guy picked up the next time. I explained him everything but then he he doesn’t give me an answer too, and he was talking to her in between by putting me on mute And the reason they gave me was they don’t want to get involved between tenant and owner. I don’t understand why this is the reason because I explained this at the very beginning of the call that I am the owner and I need the service for my property and there is a tenant living there. She said yes to it, but later denied service. After confirming the appointment they wasted my time and effort, and I would never recommend them to anyone. The person lied to me. Now wonder their recent reviews are poor. AVOID THEM
