Terry came responded quickly to my phone call. He was out in a hour and a half to fix my heater the day before Thanksgiving and tonight came back out to figure out why my AC wasn't working. Friendly guy and willing to explain everything to a nosey female.
If You want excellent service Callway is the place to call. Tyler drove to Jacksonville at 3:30 PM to pick up Air Handle motor and installed motor 7:00 PM . Did not want us to have uncomfortable night . Customer satisfaction and comfort is important to Callway

I called Terry Callaway on a Saturday. He came right out and found the problem. He also gave me the reason for the problem and gave instructions on how to prevent a reoccurance. I found him to be honest, friendly and knowledgable. His fee was very reasonable considering the amount of time he spent working on the unit. I highly reccommend Terry Callaway Heating and Air. He earned 5 stars.
I called first thing Monday morning at 7:30am and Terry was the first to call me back and got to me an hour and a half earlier than I expected. He was very thorough explaining what was wrong and diagnosed within a few minutes. I would highly recommend this company as they have well exceeded my expectations and at a price that was very reasonable for the service and customer service that I received. I won't do business with anyone else simply because of the experience!! Thanks Terry!!
