James squeezed us in to install a new supply run into one of our bedrooms from the basement to the second floor. The work was done efficiently, timely and was super reasonable. Nautical HVAC - Unbelievable service. Sort-of emergency, A/C was down and out in 90 degree weather, so emergency is kind of an overstatement. More like a real inconvenience, but yet James fit us in on his way to another call. He had the part installed and had us up and running again in an hour. Extremely personable, explained everything he did and was more than fair with the price. Had a fully detailed (Paid n Full) invoice texted to me while still on site. Highly recommend James and his team. You won't be sorry.
