    Sterling was on the ball from the start to the finish. My job was 1 unit, but in the downstairs which was drilling through cement wall. The Job was a bit larger than normal but everyone on the job stuck to it and rocked this mini split install out. I have been trying for over 6 months for them to fix. I was told 3 weeks ago he was contacting Daikin but I have heard nothing. I have told them the unit has 50 errors when I pull errors on the remote, and they seem to ignore my info. I have only been a field service engineer in the semiconductor field for 31 years, I'm not stupid.
