Good experience with Robert. He came in, diagnosed quickly and fixed the issue. There was a follow up required, and he took responsibility, and corrected it within 5 minutes. Would definitely work with them again
10/10 recommend Robert! We had a short somewhere in our house and he was determined to find it. He was super knowledgeable and used deductive reasoning to figure out the issue was within the internal components of a light fixture. We will be using Robert for all of our future electrical needs! Very quick response to service needed. Ricki explained everything that was wrong with our heating system and gave recommendations on other things we can do to help keep our current system running longer. He wasn't pushy or trying to sell anything, just providing the customer with education. Give Ricki a raise! He was awesome!

I was so impressed with the quality of service at Speedy Electric and A/C that I signed up for their quarterly maintenance service. They treated me right and not many companies do that these days. I think we will have a mutually beneficial relationship for many years to come.
My tech was personable and very helpful in his explanation. Great customer service. I plan to use their services again in the future. Part 2: we have used Speedy multiple times and satisfied with their communication and fabulous service. Ricky was great! He walked us through our issue and was able to resolve same day.
