    I called after hours. I had an issue with a sewer back up and the waste water was pouring out into the yard through a cleanout pipe. I was going to ask some advice, but as soon as I explained what happened, he said he wasn't going to send anyone out to fix it since it wasn't an emergency and hung the phone up. There was a bad snow storm at the time, so I understand why he didn't want to send anyone out. It's the unprofessional way he acted towards me. I don't appreciate it and it was uncalled for.
