I called them. Asked about an ac replacement. Then they hung up on me.
DO NOT USE. This is the second time that they said they were going to come and they did not come. They had another company call me 4 days after they were supposed to come, and asked if I still wanted someone to come. I do not know how these people conduct business but if they say they are coming that day, or the next day, DO NOT believe them.
I contacted this company for an appointment and was scheduled for 2-3pm timeframe. I left work and arrived at home to wait for my scheduled appointment. I contacted the company at 4pm asking for an update and was told the technician would be contacting me shortly- if he didn’t call back in 30. I called back 5 more times and was assured a technician would be out by 8pm. It’s now 8:35 and I have yet to hear from a technician. I understand things happen however based on my experience- I would not recommend this company. After waiting 5 hours I was informed I could call other companies ...they didn’t want me to wait, unfortunately I have already waited the majority of my day.
Got a new furnace and air conditioner installed in my home by Sun Heating & Cooling and they did a commendable job.Their technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them.
They've installed a central air unit with upgrades to my overall HVAC system, a humidifier. A tremendous business from top to bottom. Not only are they fair, knowledgeable, and friendly, they run the business so that it benefits you as well them. Any business should be this pleasant and impressive to deal with.
