I was impressed by how quickly they got back to me and sent a technician out the same day. It was really hot outside, so I was grateful for the fast response. Ezra, the technician, arrived right on time and got started right away. He quickly found out the thermostat was the problem and explained my options in a clear, honest way. Instead of trying to sell me something I didn't need, he suggested I get my existing thermostat replaced under its manufacturer warranty. He even set up the system to bypass the thermostat temporarily, so I could still use my AC by switching it on and off at the breaker until the replacement arrived. Ezra also took the time to show me how to connect the new thermostat once it got here. I really appreciated his helpful attitude and the effort he put into making sure I understood everything. As someone who owns several properties and works with a lot of HVAC companies, I can say these folks really stand out. Highly recommended for anyone needing AC or heating help!
terrence is awesome! he is friendly, professional, and honest. when we were selling our house in aurora, we needed to have our heater checked for a home inspection. the first technician from another big company told us we needed over a thousand dollars in repairs. wanting a second opinion, we contacted miller brothers heating & ac & gas, since our realtor recommended them. terrence came out, inspected our heater, and told us there was actually nothing wrong with it. he could've easily said there was a problem and charged us more, but he was upfront and honest. after moving into our new home, we called terrence again to check our heating system because the living room just wasn’t getting warm. he quickly figured out that a vent was closed—simple fix! he could have tried to sell us a new unit, but instead, he explained the real issue and took care of it. we really appreciate the honest service and will always use this company for any future heater repairs or maintenance.
i had a furnace inspection done by another company, and they said my heat exchanger was bad and i should replace the whole furnace. i wanted to double-check, so i called for a second opinion. melvin came out and was very detailed. he actually took the furnace apart to look at the heat exchangers and didn't find any cracks or rust. he also did a combustion test and checked for any carbon monoxide issues, but everything looked good. melvin even called the furnace manufacturer to ask about some features on my specific model, and he adjusted the gas pressure to match what the manufacturer recommends. he explained everything to me in simple terms so i could understand what was going on. the next day, i noticed the house wasn't heating well and the vents were blowing barely any warm air. i called and melvin got back to me within an hour, even though he was really busy that day. he came back and spent extra time figuring out the problem. turns out the gas pressure setting from the manufacturer was running the furnace too hot and causing it to shut off for safety. melvin fixed the setting and even wrote the correct pressure for my house on the furnace so the next technician knows what to do. another company tried to pressure me into buying a new furnace, but melvin really cared about making sure my heater was safe and working right, especially since i have a small baby at home. he went above and beyond to make sure everything was good, and now i trust this company for any heater repair or maintenance i need. i highly recommend them to anyone needing furnace help.
My heater stopped working in my apartment over the weekend. I called Miller Brothers Heating & AC & Gas and, even though they were busy, they made sure someone could come out as soon as possible. Brian showed up at my door in less than an hour after I called, which was amazing for a weekend! He quickly found a few loose wires and also noticed a problem with the wire going to my thermostat. He also found out my blower motor was failing. Once he got the go-ahead to replace the blower motor, the heat started working perfectly again. The new blower is much stronger, and I can really feel the difference in how well the warm air moves through my apartment. I didn't realize how weak the old blower was until now! I also let my apartment managers know about the great service, and they were so happy that they decided to add the company to their list of trusted vendors. I hope this helps more people in Aurora get the same great heater repair service!

I got mixed up with the names of the technicians. It was Brian who finalized the sale, while Terrence, Melvin and another team member from Miller Brothers HVAC & Gas carried out the installation. They all did an incredible job. I also misremembered the name of the team leader for the installation. It was actually Ezra, not Tony. I apologize for the confusion. The most important thing is that the Miller Brothers HVAC & Gas team performed excellently.
