We have used Gary for years. Our old AC unit finally gave up the ghost when temps hit close to 100, no problem. They had a new unit in stock, scheduled call, showed up @ 8:30, installed new unit, gone before lunch.
Our ac went out on the 2nd floor. Called them immediately and received same day service. Tony came out and easily fixed the problem. He explained everything he was doing, was very professional and very nice. Extremely reasonable pricing too Jackson Hardware Heating AC & Tony: You Rock!
Unethical business practices. My husband diagnosed an issue with our furnace and called this business to get a part. They assured us that couldn't be the issue and sent a tech. The tech found that my husband's diagnosis was correct and replaced the part. This resulted in a $198 service call. They would have gotten the money for their grossly marked up part making it a win for everyone. Instead they lost any future calls from us.
Unfortunately do to this pandemic I cant really afford to pay anybody for a service call on my broken down furnace, however, when I do get back to working regularly, I will without a doubt be taking my buisness here. Gary is the gentleman I've been speaking with and he has been so awesome. Knowing that my heat is out and i cant afford to pay for it he has loaned us some space heaters until we can get this figured out. He didnt have to do that. But he did. It shows that this place cares for their customers well being and that is everything to me.
Our small local business in Slinger has been using Jackson Hardware, Heating, & A/C for over 10 years now. They're the most responsive out of ANY contractor or company and will always get the job done! They are definitely our go to business for heating and a/c and one of the most trustworthy businesses out there!
Honest, hardworking, and efficient! I had a furnace repair done last year, and they told me the furnace was almost at her end. I did not want to bite the bullet at that time, but they were surely correct. It died this week, and they came and replaced the furnace and thermostat. As a a single woman, I didn't feel them being condescending as they described issues, and explained the new furnace I would be getting. They did not try and upsell me to something I didn't need. They also cleaned up after themselves beautifully. I would strongly recommend Gary and his crew. "Tell them, "Jill Maria sent you!" :)
